The licensed workspace includes 16 lessons, an e-Library, captioned videos, in-lesson help, learner chat, private support and a Certificate Request Hub. Original summaries, reflections and applied work connect the curriculum to workplace tasks.
Plan learners, tenants and review capacity
Each licensed workspace supports 1–50 approved tenant seats. The platform supports up to 50 separately licensed tenant workspaces. Agree the actual entitlement and assigned workspace before promising access to customers; a software purchase does not automatically enroll learners.
Keep evidence and client work under human oversight
Learner work and certificate requests require human review. The business workspace also includes private CRM and service agreement workflows with secure client chat. Email and SMS require verified sending connections and may have separate provider charges.
