Start with AI Readiness & Roadmap, develop Workplace AI Skills & Responsible Practice, then complete Guided AI Workflow Practice with supporting agent-readiness lessons. Review current tuition, required fees and the staff-quote policy before applying.
Choose a learning goal you can demonstrate
Bring a routine workplace task, such as summarizing a nonconfidential document or drafting a process checklist. Practice making instructions clear, checking the output and documenting what a human must review. Use fictional or approved information during practice.
Learning support and certification
The course hub includes an e-Library, captioned videos, in-lesson Student Help Bot, Student Chat Center, private support and Certificate Request Hub. Learner work and certificate requests require human review. Payment or lesson attendance alone does not issue a credential.
Individual learning or staff training
Individual tuition applies to one learner, including an employer studying alone. Employers enrolling with staff request an itemized written quote that confirms participant count and scope. Business software licensing is separate from course tuition.
